Socks make money! Each pair of Sport Relief Socks cost £2, with at least £1 going to Comic Relief projects.

Run a special fundraising PE lesson by setting up a sporty circuit in the gym –students could get sponsored to complete a mile of the circuit.

See who can throw a Sport Relief Sock the furthest! Just put a ball in the toe of the sock and students pay to see how far they can wang it!

How many bounces on a trampoline can one class do in ten minutes? Get sponsored per ten bounces.

Use your Sport Relief Socks and see who can fill them with as much money as possible. Which class will have the heaviest socks?

Host a mile-long conga during lunchtime – students can pay to take part.

Three legs are better than two! Students could compete in a three legged mile relay race.

Students could get sponsored to dribble a football the length of the playground or field – don’t forget to wear your Sport Relief Socks.

Set up some skittles and charge students to knock as many over as possible.

Five-a side football with a difference – dressed as your sporting hero, or teachers and students could dress up as each other!

Challenge each class to get sponsored to swim as many lengths as they can, wearing their Sport Relief Socks.

Put balls inside your Sport Relief Socks. The challenge is to learn to juggle with as many as possible, starting with two then working your way up.

How many penalties can your students score with a teacher in the goal? Then swap over to see who beats who!

Take on a bleep challenge for Sport Relief. Set up two posts and students have to get between each post before the bleep goes. Students could try travelling a mile in different ways – 3-legged, bouncing a basketball, or dribbling a hockey ball.

Everyone could learn and perform a new sporty trick, and invite parents and friends to watch. Try learning the samba or limbo-dancing.

Use your head – penalty shoot out but headers only, no feet allowed

Against the wall – if you haven’t got a net mark one on the school wall and score some penalties

Try football tennis – put together a football and a tennis court – how many times can you get it over the net?

A dance off – Is year 1 or year 2 your favourite? You decide!
