Fundraising Reward Scheme Rules
  • To be eligible to claim a reward or prize, you must comply with these rules.
  • You must register at the Sport Relief personal fundraising space at www.sportrelief.com. You must be a UK resident. If you are under 16 years old, you must obtain your parent or guardian’s permission.
  • Your reward will depend on the total from your personal fundraising space (excluding Gift Aid), which is paid to us by credit or debit card by midnight on 30 June 2008:
    • If your total is £100 or more, but less than £500, you are eligible to claim a 2entertain DVD (chosen by Comic Relief).
    • If your total is £500 or more, but less than £1,000, you are also eligible to claim a voucher to be fitted with a free pair of MBT M Walk Red shoes (adult sizes only), redeemable on the conditions set out below. Children may claim an alterative reward of a ‘PT Bouncer’ mini-trampoline.
    • If your total is £1,000 or more, you will be eligible to claim the DVD, the footwear voucher (adults) or mini-trampoline (children) (see above), you will also have the chance to enter our international project trip competition (see below).
  • Eligible fundraisers will be sent an email enabling them to claim their reward(s). You must claim your reward(s) in the manner and by the date specified in the email.
  • Rewards will be sent to you by 31 October 2008. Only one set of rewards per person. Rewards are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. Rewards are subject to availability, and we may substitute alternative rewards of similar value.
  • The scheme is not open to staff at Comic Relief or any direct family members.
  • We may disqualify you from receiving a reward if we believe you are in breach of these rules or your fundraising is unlawful, inappropriate or likely to bring us into disrepute. We may cancel or make reasonable amendments to the scheme for reasons outside of our reasonable control. We may amend these rules without notice by posting changes on these pages.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for any delay or failure in receiving any communication or donation for any reason, including network or system failures. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all express and implied warranties, representations and all liability relating to the scheme and any rewards (other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence).
  • These rules are governed by the laws of England. The incentive scheme is promoted by Comic Relief, 89 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TP, registered with the Charity Commission no. 326568. Sport Relief is an initiative of Comic Relief.
International Project Trip Competition Rules
  • By entering this competition, you agree to these rules.
  • To enter this competition, you must be a UK resident and at least 12 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain your parent or guardian’s permission. Only one entry per person. You must have raised and paid in £1,000 or more under the Incentive Scheme (see above).
  • Eligible fundraiser will be sent an email after 30 June enabling them to claim their reward and enter this competition. You must enter in the manner and by the closing date specified in the email.
  • The prize is a trip for the winner and an accompanying person (for winners under 18, this must be a parent or guardian) to an international project funded by Comic Relief. The prize includes airport transfers, visas, travel injections and insurance, and accommodation. All other taxes, transfers, spending money, travel and other expenses, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Travellers must have a valid UK passport with at least 6 months validity at the point of travel. Travel may be subject to health & safety considerations and medical examination.
  • The best entry will be determined by our judging panel. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be announced on www.sportrelief.com. If we cannot contact the winner for any reason, we may award the prize to the next best entry.
  • We will only use your personal details to administer this competition, and for promotional and publicity purposes - please see our privacy policy for more information. If you win, you may be filmed, recorded and interviewed on the trip for promotional and publicity purposes.
  • The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Comic Relief may substitute an alternative prize of similar value.

Terms and Conditions for MBT M Walk Reds Voucher
  • The offer is for 1 free pair of M Walk Reds per voucher.
  • The MBTs will be available from selected MBT stockists trading in the UK.
  • The offer is non transferable.
  • No purchase of any sort necessary.
  • There is no cash alternative.
  • The voucher must be redeemed between 31st July 2008 and 31st December 2008.
  • MBTs (M Walk Reds) are available in UK sizes 3 to 12 inclusive.
  • If the required size goes out of stock, an alternative will made available (the choice of the alternative is at the discretion of the promoter: Masai GB Ltd).
  • Masai GB Ltd will not disclose fundraisers details will to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
