Sponsored silence
Give yourself a treat and sponsor your children to be quiet as long as possible! They can still do things, (colouring, etc.) as long as they don't say a word. For every 5 minutes each of them lasts, give some money to Sport Relief.
The older children could also do something like sponsored skipping or catch and ask family and neighbours to chip in.
My favourite is to get them to make baked goods (cupcakes or cookies are safe) to sell at school or to friends and neighbours.
Hope this helps inspire you. Good luck with your fundraising!
How about doing the Sport Relief Mile?
I did it with my kids last time around and they loved it. My two boys dressed as the SuperMario brothers! they raised £75 between them and were so chuffed they've challenged each other to raise double that much this year.
How about trying a new sport?
i personally think that trying something new is really fun and you'd get lots of sponserers! How about bungee jumping, rock climbing, football or my favourite sport, tennis?
